FHC is offering services in growth strategies, thereof especially in strategic business development, deal pricing and deal solution design. We act in different markets with a strong focus on the defense industry.
Based in Germany we can act on a global level. The founder and CEO Florian Hoffmann can rely on both, a strong industrial background and a global expertise.

Legally Florian Hoffmann & Company is a German company in full ownership of Florian Hoffmann. The German legal entity is Florian Hoffmann Unternehmensberatung. We are a non-stock corporation and do not publish our business figures. Customer security is assured by bank guarantees covering the whole advisory budgets. As a German based company, we follow all export control related regulations and work case by case furthermore closely with attorney`s-of-law.
